The Team
VintEdge Wine Group was founded by Sriti Fusillo with Ryan Maloney in 2026 to elevate boutique wineries through a curated, intentional approach. A partnership built on friendship, passion, and a commitment to highlighting some of the finest producers and winemakers.
Sriti Fusillo
MANAGING PARTNERSriti Fusillo brings over 12 years of expertise in sales and marketing within the luxury wine industry. With a background that uniquely blends science, entrepreneurship and a deep passion for wine, she has carved out a distinguished career that positions her perfectly for leading the national sales and marketing efforts for VintEdge Wine Group.
She began her career in science, earning a degree in Microbiology from the University of Arizona and a Master’s degree in BioInformatics from UCSD. She contributed to the groundbreaking Human Genome Project before channeling her entrepreneurial spirit into founding a successful children’s accessories brand licensed to Disney.
Sriti’s passion for wine guided her next career move. In 2014, she established her wine brokerage in Southern California, a venture that quickly attracted prominent producers. Her success led to senior leadership roles at Morlet Family Vineyards as Director of National Sales, followed by Opus One Winery overseeing the Southwest, and later LVMH, where she represented some of the world’s most iconic Champagne and Wine brands, including Krug, Dom Perignon, and Joseph Phelps Vineyards.
Drawn back to Napa Valley estates, Sriti returned to consulting for select clients including Arrow&Branch, Coronet, and Brilliant Mistake, and now stewards a tightly curated portfolio of exceptional small producers at VintEdge Wine Group.
Sriti resides in Orange County, California with her husband and two children. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys travel, cooking, reading, and fitness. Despite a career defined by meaningful accomplishments, she considers motherhood her most rewarding achievement.
Ryan Maloney
PARTNERRyan Maloney is a wine industry executive with over 20 years of experience. Raised in St. Helena in the heart of Napa Valley, Ryan developed a lifelong connection to wine through the land, the people, and the close-knit community that shaped his early years.
He built a deliberately well-rounded foundation across the wine trade, working harvest with the winemaking team at Staglin Family Vineyard, helping launch and operate a wine shop and wine bar in San Diego County as a wine buyer, and gaining exposure to global fine-wine markets and consumer behavior.
Ryan spent 14 years with Kimberly Jones Selections, one of the industry’s most respected wine brokers and distributors, where he led sales, brand management, and winery relations for a portfolio of distinguished producers. He later founded Cantine Wine Consulting, providing national sales management and strategic guidance for boutique wineries seeking disciplined, long-term growth. Building on that experience, Ryan joined forces with Sriti to develop VintEdge Wine Group. Ryan holds his WSET III certification, which he passed with distinction.
Today, Ryan lives in Carlsbad, California, with his wife and three daughters. Outside of work, he remains deeply rooted in community—coaching youth sports, staying active, cooking, traveling, and continuing to explore the wines and stories that first drew him to the business.
Megan Williams
MARKETING MANAGERMegan Williams brings a modern sophistication to VintEdge Wine Group. A Spring 2026 graduate of California State University, Long Beach, earning her degree in Consumer Affairs with a minor in Fashion Merchandising, she brings a polished understanding of consumer insight, visual storytelling, and brand elevation.
With a background in visual merchandising, Megan has a discerning eye for detail and atmosphere. She curates VintEdge’s social presence and marketing with intention, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s purpose, authenticity, and sense of occasion.
Raised in a home where wine was a cultural ritual, Megan developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and connection. Inspired by music, cuisine, and the arts, she approaches wine as both expression and experience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Megan finds joy in quiet rituals - reading, baking, and attending live concerts - yet her greatest luxury is time spent with her two beloved dogs.
